COLPHENE 3000 is composed of a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen and is available in both a summer and winter grade, and in cut rolls for use in flashing applications (summer grade only). The topside is surfaced with a tri-laminated woven HDPE composite facer for exceptional puncture resistance and tensile strength. The underside is surfaced with a silicone release film that is removed during application. COLPHENE 3000 is installed using ELASTOCOL STICK primers and is designed for use on vertical and horizontal waterproofing, including foundation and retaining walls, tunnels, split slabs, plaza decks, and balconies.
Waterproofing systems using COLPHENE 3000 are typically
installed using COLPHENE BARR FLASHING, SOPRAMASTIC
SP1 and SOPRASEAL SEALANT as accessory products. Refer
