COLPHENE® LM BARR

COLPHENE LM BARR is a single component, 98% solids, liquid applied, moisture curing elastomeric waterproofing membrane. COLPHENE LM BARR’s STPE moisture cure technology forms a continuous, tough elastic seal to the substrate that withstands extreme low and high temperatures without cracking or softening. COLPHENE LM BARR is ideal as positive-side waterproofing for concrete foundation walls and plaza decks, as well as between slab, planters, green roofs, equipment wells, and other underground construction. COLPHENE LM BARR can also be used on wood substrates like wood balconies and plywood decks.
