SOPRALAP® SP
Description
SOPRALAP® SP (sanded, polyolefin) is an SBS-modified bitumen cover strip for use with SOPRASMART Laminated Board products. SOPRALAP SP is reinforced with tough, dimensionally stable non-woven polyester mat that is saturated and coated on both sides with a proprietary formulation of elastomeric styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) polymer modified bitumen. SOPRALAP SP has a sanded top surface for improved bonding strength and a polyolefin burn-off film on the bottom surface for optimized heat welding.
