Description

SOPRASEAL LM 204 VP-UV is a black, UV-stable, one-component, fluid-applied, moisture-cured, >90% solids silyl terminated polyether (STPE), low-VOC, fire-resistant, vapor-permeable air barrier membrane used in wall construction. It offers thermoset elastomeric properties and protects against air and water infiltration behind code-approved wall claddings such as brick, siding, metal panels, EIFS, stucco, and open-joint cladding.
